Residents of an American city are to be fined for showing more thanthree inches of underwear in public.
Village leaders in the south Chicago suburb of Lynwood have passedan ordinance that would levy 12.50 fines against anyone showingthree inches or more of their underwear in public.
The American Civil Liberties Union has objected to the new fine,claiming it targets young men of colour.
